I feel like this clause of the rule is vaguely phrased. What exactly defines “looking old enough”? I’ve seen porn of canonically underage characters here (usually from Sonic the Hedgehog) that haven’t been removed by mods, and some of them didn’t make much effort to age them up visually.

Its been 2000 years since the fall. The world has recovered, and developed space travel, and the tech to go with it. (Tech is late clonewars mixed with elite dangerous). Most of the Sol system is dominated by Shinra Corp  
Shinra corp is run by an anonymous Immortal, and has made its reputation as a cutthroat megacorperation willing to stomp out resistance with its private military assets.
 
Many resent the company, while others welcome it. Some dont care.
 
You can be anything in this world. A space bounty hunter, a cargo runner, blockade breaker, soldier, and plenty of other things. Its up to you. Make your story.

The world was thrown into chaos, eris had caused the apocalypse, the once populated cities scattered, meteors rained down on the planet for weeks, releasing chaotic abominations and changing the ones we knew.
 
Now the world is left 160 years into the apocalypse, and several cities, and their patron gods, have sprung up.
 
Tipton: A town in northeast Texas run by a shapeshifter Djinni named furion. His wife/host assists him in running the place. He owns a semi large harem. Tipton is an off the radar kind of town.
 
Dragonsreach: the biggest trade town in Texas. It sits in just about the dead center of Texas, and was founded by two dragons, Styx, and Stone. They built a clean neighborhood, a large market, and plenty of shops. Their motorpool is only rivaled by Xerxes. Having over 40 War Rigs, dragonsreach can extend its power at any time, but enjoys staying out of conflict. Every few years a large group of people are selected to take and establish a new settlement, to counter overpopulation in dragonsreach.
 
The Mistwalker Camp: a large, almost military base-like camp made by the Mistwalkers. They have advanced mech tech, many military vehicles, including a fleet of modern tanks, and thousands of soldiers. They often get into standoffs and skirmished with Xerxes. Their leader is Nyx, and her husband Bruce.
 
Xerxes: The largest city in Texas. It sits on the realworld location of Beaumont, Texas. It has massive fortified walls, and an impressive navy. The city has been around since Day 1 of the fall, having been patroned by Eris herself. Many underground levels exist in this city, and are effectively slums. Many other gods have already put plans in motion to destroy xerxes, and the original immortal family has already left.
 
The Ridgeback Camp: in hyena controlled colorado, sits a massive hyena camp. Hyenas are the dominant species here, and Helot Deer serve as food, slaves, and sometimes pets. Currently the ridgeback tribe is led by Sota and Siti, both female hyenas. Their main enforcer Garth Bonewhip and his protoge Nahli act as the main guard.
 
Sydney: in australia sydney has been retaken by Shyanne, her husband Matt, Harley, and Mandy. They serve as the crowned rulers, with their patron being Nephythsset.

For the uninitiated: Pseudowyvern is a term used within the Monster Hunter community for wyverns (i.e. dragonlike creatures with four limbs and the front pair of limbs functioning as wings) that can use their wings as another pair of legs. An example of a monster that is a “normal” wyvern (or “flying wyvern” in MH terminology) would be rathalos, an example of a pseudowyvern would be tigrex.
 
My question is: Are these pseudowyvern-type creatures widespread enough outside of Monster Hunter to warrant a separate species tag for them, and if yes, are there any other terms for them that could be used? (I would suggest “tetrapod wyvern” myself).

It’s buried in a “code of conduct” wiki page that is hard to find. IMHO they should move a lot of that sh!t to the rules page because the rules page makes their website look like the wild west compared to their code of conduct page. It gives new users a false sense of a lassez-faire atmosphere, when in reality they have this giant semi-hidden rulebook and mods ready to pounce on you, despite the code of conduct page’s existence not being obvious or even mentioned in the actual rules page.
 
 
So anyway, these kinds of comments never bother me so long as they’re not unspoiled grimdark or posted on non-explicit images. I’m used to many creepy comments over at Derpibooru from back in the day. I always thought they were funny and that people who hated them were uptight, but maybe that’s just my autism and libertarian nihilism coming through.

This site rating is maybe R-13 or PG-13 in default filter.Unlike Derpi, the rating is everyone in default filter.  
I think Hsu Amity, thatusualguy06, and I are the only teenagers in this site. What about you?

This thread is meant to gather information about accessing best possible quality and resolution of images from various sites so that they can be uploaded to Furbooru.
 
Firstly, when possible always upload images from a file that is from the artist’s gallery. Note that sometimes artists upload their work on e621 or Derpibooru themselves and you might even find the best quality there instead of their other profiles.
 
If you stumble upon some low res image on the Internet it is always best to reverse search for the original submission.
 
You can do it using Google Images reverse search (https://www.google.com/imghp ):  
 
and if this didn’t help then you can try those:
 
https://saucenao.com/ - general art, including furry or MLP.
 
https://kheina.com/ - 40% of Fur Affinty and entire Furry Network indexed
 
https://derpibooru.org/search/reverse - for MLP themed images only

Secondly, fetch the image from a proper url. Exact way to do that is dependent on the site, details are explained below.
 
Generally it’s best to always use urls copied from download links and not from clicking on image itself, because images can be displayed only as a medium or low res preview instead of the original size.
 
Fur Affinity
 
Fur Affinity automatically resizes all images at first upload to be no more than 1280px in height or width. This can be circumvented by the uploader by using the “Change submission file” option, but most artist don’t do that. That means that when file on FA is only 1280 px there is a possibility that a larger version of that image exist on some other site where the artist posts their work, for example on Twitter or dA, it is worth checking there.
 
Nevertheless, to get the best possible resolution from FA right click on “Download” and copy that link to Furbooru url fetch.

Copying image url from image itself instead of that Download link will result in a low res image if the image is not opened at full size. It’s best to always copy image url from Download link. Correct link will start with d.facdn.net
 
Twitter
 
Images from Twitter are fetched by Furbooru from the post url automatically in the best possible quality. Be wary not to fetch small images from direct urls because you might not get the best possible resolution or get a JPG file instead of PNG ones. Always use post url (starting with twitter.com/) and not direct links (starting with pbs.twimg.com/) for fetching.
 
If for some reason fetching from post url is not working and you have to do it from direct link then read this appendix to learn how to get the best file then.

Sometimes image fetched from post url can be of lower resolution then what can be downloaded. Sadly images from dA can’t be fetched from download link, they have to be downloaded and then uploaded to Furbooru as files.

Copying url from the picture itself might not provide the best possible resolution. When something like “Sample (800)” is displayed under the image then the image is lower than the original file available, don’t use those when uploading to Furbooru.

Copy url from one of those. Technically you can also use “View” or “VS” but with SVG files using them will give you a PNG file instead of the SVG one.

As the title suggests im looking for a specific animation.  
Its been years since ive seen it but i cant help but look back and think about it and now i want to find it really bad for some reason.  
Ill do my best to describe it from memory and if any of you can help me that’d be much appreciated  
The animation starts out as a sort of news broadcast and the two news anchors are a fox (i believe but its most definitely a canid) and the other was a big cat like a tiger, throughout the animation the screen glitches and reveals multiple gore-y scenes and eventually gets more and more satanic/horrorish i remember in one of the scenes there was a numerical code that spelt out “The road i walk is paved in gold” like A=1 B=2 etc. If there’s any other info yall may need please let me know im really wanting to find this one again

Basically title. When I enable “show hidden”, it directs me to the first page with whatever tags I was searching and when I go to any other page it disables hidden images for me, creating a vicious circle that makes it impossible to go through the images I hid.  
Since it’s somewhat relevant to this problem, is there any other way to see hidden images (maybe a tag or smoething)? I wouldn’t be surprised if I hid something that I’d actually like to see, whether by accident or because I was stupid.

I began as a tech enthusiast who got board of the pure scifi stuff. I first read Eragon and loved it. Read that thing probably a thousand times. My first tulpae was based off Saphira. Her name is Seria (See air ah). Eventually I had a weird dream that oddly enough was over MLP sometime the end of 2007 or early 2008. I ended up getting into MLP only because it caused me severe anxiety if I were to see it. Don’t ask me why. I can only say its got something to do with my OCD and Aspergers Syndrome. I ended up finding I absolutely loved it. Eventually I did get into anthro with my art. Getting into trouble in High School for an obsession really sucked let me tell ya. I was always told by some of my teachers that I was the reason I got made fun of. As if I was into MLP only for the attention. I guess I don’t have to tell ya that is not accurate. Actually its the inverse. I find MLP brought me peace of mind to my OCD and it did not matter one bit what people thought. Love me hate me I no longer cared.

I understand the description for scenery porn… mostly. My confusion lies with what would a detailed background mean if the characters are still forefront. To me, scenery porn means the scene is the focus, not the characters. But there isn’t an option for detailed background. Would I just not tag it with a background tag?

I generally use age regression as a coping strategy for anxiety and to overcome my disability in autism. Specifically my diagnosis is Asperger’s Syndrome which makes public socializing very difficult for me at times, but I hate being alone or otherwise isolated. I must also admit I use my adult autistic pacifier a lot when I am trying really hard to concentrate on my lab math and science. I build systems for sound synthesis. I am currently building an electric cello that will have 12 CV inputs. Sorry if this sounds too much like an intro. I would really like to make new friends.

Is there a way to edit tag pages with contact info for artists and characters? I know if you are the character or artist you can add the links but not sure how to do it for others.

I know that derpibooru allowed pretty much everything, even photos of pony toys that people have cum on. I noticed while uploads on ehre aren’t getting that bad but there are photographs of some pretty shoddy sketches:

I really want this to be better than e621 eventually but allowing stuff like this is bleh. We should have some content control so we’re archiving great stuff. I know it’s subjective so it would be hard to draw a line somewhere.

I would love to see some scripts for this site where you can input the URL of where an image is for it to grab description, artist, tags, image URL, and more and autofill it. Obviously you would have to edit tags again for sites like FA and InkBunny, but sites like e621 most of the tags have equivalents here.
 
This would NOT be an auto image uploader. You would still have to upload one at a time. It would just take some weight off the clipboard.
 
I know very little scripting otherwise I would do it myself. I know Inkbunny and e621 and derpibooru support APIs, but FA doesn’t but I know there is a way to log into FA via a script maybe using __cfduid. Would love to chat about options!

I can’t figure out how to make a child post. Now if a series of images exists, should we just put it in a gallery?
 
I’d like to see a way to make child posts for just small variants.
