Hello everyone, Nightweaver here. I decided to come back to Furbooru at least for the moment to post about one of my former favorite artists, 2Snacks.
 
You see, just today he put out his latest new animation, this… thing:

And while it is technically very well done, it just is not funny. I do not find it the slightest bit entertaining to watch, and the same goes for any of his recent “Hololive” animations. They are wildly popular, getting millions of views, and I suppose that is the reason that he has decided to go in this new artistic direction, but I for one am deeply saddened and disappointed that he’s decided to completely abandon pony in favor of… this.
 
Let me give you a little bit of history. In 2012, I found 2Snacks’ first video while looking up Two Best Friends Play videos. This was the video I found, and it was hilarious. Over the next few years, I became one of his biggest fans, eagerly waiting for every new video he put out, because I knew they’d be quality, funny pony animations. But that has ended. It started when he put out this video of this “Korone” character, and it’s just regressed since then.
 
I guess it was inevitable. As time marches on, people move on. The Best Friends Play no longer exist as a group, and actually I have unsubscribed from the main channel and each of their individual channels for reasons I won’t go into here. So I guess the final chapter has been written in my fandom of both Best Friends Play AND 2Snacks. They no longer make content I wish to watch, and thus I have completely dropped their channels from my subscription lineup.
 
I want anyone else who feels as strongly about 2Snacks’ new animation direction here to post about it and let me know what you all think. Thank you.

Like, is feral because it’s not anthro in the sense that the character doesn’t look anthropomirphic (other than the face.) But the character is anthropomorphic in the sense that it has sapience and is a character. So, is there a way to tag that or…?
 
Do we just use the tag “lifelike feral” for all the ones that are actual animals even if it doesn’t look realistic? Like, cartoony? Sorry, I’m not doing a good job explaining.

I would like to know.

I am not looking for a debate. On the contrary I hope to use this tag within my own vocabulary for a legal disclaimer of my art. In other words I just want to be sure I understand the exact meaning of the word/tag before I put it on my own website. The tag is “ambiguous gender.” The definition of ambiguous is, “open to more than one interpretation.” This would mean that the gender of the character is open to each and every individuals own interpretation correct? In the past I have been critisized for taking my own interpretation of the gender of art even though this tag was indeed used. First off I am very grateful for the mods and admins for making things fair. I have no need to keep any record of wrong. I am only using the example to illustrate my point.

The verbage I hope to use in my own disclaimer of my website FFIC, “any client work commissioned illustrating a character must be of an ambiguous gender. No commissions involving romantic interests or otherwise a specified gender.” According to how American law works is that any legal action taken must be done within a single state. It cannot cross over into another states regulations. I am still learning how all this works with websites and in general a domain owned by a person or company. My area of computer science is in low level programming ASM and C/C pluss pluss. I am still learning all this other stuff. Again I apreciate all the help I been provided and I hope I may continue learning.

I created shorthand tags for colors of body, background, fur, feathers and scales. They are composed from 4 letters, the first two for color name and the last two for the thing that is in this color.
 
Colors:
 
bk - black  
bl - blue  
br - brown  
cr - cream  
gn - green  
gy - gray  
mg - magenta  
or - orange  
pp - purple  
pk - pink  
rd - red  
tl - teal  
tn - tan  
wh - white  
yl - yellow
 
tt - two toned ^{for body, fur and hair}  
mc - multicolored ^{for body, fur and hair}
 
Things that have that color:
 
bd - body  
bg - background  
fr - fur  
ft - feathers  
sc - scales
 
So for example instead of writing “yellow feathers” you can write “ylft” or instead of “orange fur” you can write “orfr” and because those tags are aliased they will be changed into the proper tag. Example: blsc  
I hope this will save us all time :)
 
If somebody finds it useful I can make them for eye colors too. Just tell me which two letters should stand for “eyes”.

I’m very confused when the some two-legged dragons are ferals especially in MLP fandom. Note, the two legged dragons are automatically anthro when they have breasts and some human parts.

Short desc of humanized: Character turned into a human. It implies to human and species swap.  
While the other hand, humanoidized implies to the tag humanoid.

What is the different among these two? Humanized is when the character turns into pure human. On the other hand, humanoidized is when the non-humanoid character turn in to a humanoid. Does not imply to the tag species swap.

Despite liking the redesign, I felt like the original redesign for the Sonic movie isn’t ugly to me. Not pretty, but not ugly either. Just weird.
