All three images do not look like they breaking rule #5 as there’s no sexualization going on, they can be seen as parental figures naturally.

Both images can stay as tagged suggestive.
 
The first one has a little bit of detail to the remains but still nothing extraordinary, the dark part of being eaten/digested has already passed and like stated skulls and alike are mostly inoffensive to view, there’s no more suffering in the actual image.
 
Suggestive over safe simply because of the kinky nature of the theme.

The children aren’t the ones sexualized, (the one with nudity is a baby nursing, and nothing on said baby is visible) but I dunno exactly how strict the rules are for that.

• Delete the tags wall of tags, wall of blue, wall of purple as they clutter the tags only even more without any benefit on searching pictures. And in case of the latter two, the colours might even be wrong as they are directly imported from Derpibooru.

That is technically true but it makes a list of tags under an image longer, e.g. character with three colors of fur = 6 tags instead of 3.
 
On the other hand it’s hard to search for characters of specific color because the query would have to be “blue fur OR blue feathers OR blue scales OR blue skin OR blue body” and now imagine searching for 3 colors at once like that :P

There’s a lot of tags for fur color (like blue fur), and a lot for body color as well (like blue body).
 
Anyone have thoughts on the “<x> fur” tags implying “<x> body”? I would imagine that if a character has purple fur, for example, they’d have a purple body too.

Well, you have a point, here’s the page proven that it is originally used for chemistry.
 
You might do “half-life (chemistry)” disambiguation, or simply go with “half-life (valve)”, choose one, and choose the tag “half-life” supposed to be aliased to.

generally real people are yellow tags

Those are clearly paws on the legs. Compare the legs to how a rabbit’s are as well.
 
The face,the ears,the legs/limbs are animal like so I don’t think this warrants a ‘not furry’ tag

If a character is a humanoid with animal body parts then it should not be tagged “not furry” but when a character is a humanoid without animal body parts then it should be tagged “not furry”
