Lutecian tagging

Need to get some mod views on this so it can be referred to in the future.  
 
The Character Roomi from the Neo Geo fighting game Galaxy Fight : Universal Warriors  
She’s a fictional species from a planet Lutecia. Her non-human like features includes her ears,hands,feet(paws?) and rabbit like limbs. She’s similar to Felicia from Darkstalkers who has a cat motif going for her.  
 
 

 
I’ve tagged her as humanoid for now but I need to know whether she counts as ‘furry’. Is she considered boderline?

That character looks like an elf with shoes and gloves to me, so not furry.

She’s not an elf though.She’s an alien.  
I even found some more official art of others of her kind.  
One of her attacks is even called ‘Rabbit Blow’ XD

I looked online and people think she’s a catgirl as well. So what would Felicia from Darkstalkers be regarded as since she’s basically an expy of her?  
 
Would Felicia be counted as ‘Not furry’?

If a character is a humanoid with animal body parts then it should not be tagged “not furry” but when a character is a humanoid without animal body parts then it should be tagged “not furry”

The character above has: tail, claws, animal ears, fur on legs, so the tag “not furry” doesn’t apply.

If those are paws on those legs then it is an animal body part, but it’s not very clear what those are supposed to be.

Those are clearly paws on the legs. Compare the legs to how a rabbit’s are as well.
 
The face,the ears,the legs/limbs are animal like so I don’t think this warrants a ‘not furry’ tag
