conveniently, the characters in the complex are at a point where they’ll meet someone who’s been living surface-side.
 
u could potentially write your character as another surface-sider, even forming a small group meeting the complex dwellers. :P

okay after a dream i had while thinking about the Titan fall idea, i had an idea on the starting of it in two ways,
 
depending on the amount of people, with more it would be at the start, two sides in combat with each other the milita or the IMC.
 
or an idea i am currently thinking of using regardless, my own little titanfall lore of all, of you start off as grunts and through one accident or another you stumble upon a grave yard of titans.
