Here is my advice for you. I shall post it as a public post, because I feel others may be interested in what I’ve come up with after meditating on your problem.
Begin by asking yourself these questions: What are my goals? What’s holding me back, harming me, etc? Take a while to think about the answers to those questions. Next, ask yourself: What can I do? What can I use? You’re only going to find yourself stuck if you dwell on such problems without searching for solutions. It’s not easy.
Here is everything I have found that helps me, and that I find to be pretty broadly applicable:
-
YouTube has just about everything you could want or need as far as videos go. Learning about topics you are interested in is a great way to pass time, calm the mind, and find answers. Another huge help is fun stuff. If, for example, there’s a video game you enjoy, you can find analyses on it, let’s plays, and so on. You can also do this for video games you haven’t played but want to learn about. Don’t be afraid to dwell in some comfort things.
-
Incense and candles provide calming scents. Get them and use them if you can.

Music is great for working through things and healing. See if you can’t find songs about your problems; for me, songs about my problems make me feel seen, heard, and understood. Considering that I found an album that accurately describes everything to do with my biggest Cproblem, there are likely songs out there that can help you as well! As a quick aside, I’ve realized that my love of that album has given me a very strong ability that I’ll likely be able to put to use someday. Music is powerful!

If you’re able to, exercise and get out of the house at least a little. Know that your body is going to need time to build up stamina, so start small. Looking at the sky and connecting with nature are both powerful and empowering things anyone can do. And don’t think such things are out of reach if you live in a city! I live in a city. This, of course, pairs excellently with music. Start by focusing on being aware of your surroundings, though. Finding the balance between letting yourself get a little lost in music and thought, and still keeping focus on what’s around you, is an important key.

If you’re looking for social interaction, ask yourself what your interests are, then see if you can’t find communities for those interests. I’ve been re-integrating myself into communities lately, and they’re getting better at understanding me and meeting me halfway. Know, too, that you don’t have to interact every day.
It’s hard to better oneself when left all alone, I know. But these are the things I’ve been doing, and they’re also doable for everyone else. And if you ever need me, don’t forget I’m just a DM or Discord message away! Take care Fruity, and anyone else reading this. Love you all >^_^<
