Actually, I’m wearing my snowshoeing base layer. It’s the stuff I put on first when I’m going to go out when it’s -50°, but it’s all ‘wicking air mesh’ and breathes really well, so I can jog in it without getting sweaty, even when it’s 90° outside. It’s like “super wool” but a lot less expensive, but it breathes so well that I actually feel cooler wearing it than just sitting around with nothing on.
 
It’s kind of like air-mesh spandex, so it doesn’t leave much to the imagination, but with the continuing lockdown the odds of me seeing (or being seen) by someone I’m not married to today is almost nill.
 
I do have a sport coat I can put on for Zoom or Skype calls, but with that on it looks like a Michael Kors T-Shirt/Coat combination, so it’s upscale enough for nearly any meeting.

maybe better grab my kilt and keep it with the sport coat just in case …

Also, I can back up what Ciaran said. My head is a bit newer in construction but it’s still carved foam, and let me tell you I relate to wandering around in July with an easy-bake oven on my head. Adding a fan was my #1 priority.

I keep watching and re-watching Adam Savage’s costume builds, and the new technology that he keeps slipping into them to make them lightweight and survivable - even when it’s just a normal cosplay and not a full suit - are just astonishing. It’s fun to watch what can be done now to make fantasy outfits and costumes reality.

This type of content is not allowed here and never was. Site Rule #5 says this:
 
Do not upload any content that involves underaged characters in sexualized situations. This includes “cub porn”, “foalcon”, and “lolicon”. This includes images that would be rated “suggestive” or higher per our tagging guidelines. Note that age is based solely on visual appearance. In certain exceptional cases, staff may consider artist’s intent when determining character’s age, however stating that “they look six but are actually sixty” is not an acceptable excuse and will be ignored.

Likely hosting in someplace like Iceland or some other country that doesn’t have very defined laws on the subject; places that are also very expensive to host in (either due to terrible hardware, or terrible bandwidth limitations).
 
That said, pure legality was not the core reason the site founders opted to ban certain content.

While I can only speculate, it’s either what TSP just said (hosting in a country with lax laws) or playing the dangerous game of “it’s only illegal if you get caught.”
 
We’re not about playing games like that. We’re also not about people playing games with the rules to find out just how far they can go testing the limits.
