Protected, helped through depression, talked about medical issues with someone who, like me, has many.

Protected and saved someone from their verbally abusive roommate.

Protected and saved someone who has frequent, severe depression bouts and whose nightmares make sleeping difficult.

Protected someone who went through severe emotional distress as they quit smoking; kept them grounded and more positive as they feared our landlord’s wife would kick us out.

Protected someone by being made to say things that caused them to become Buddhist, thereby setting them up on a path of peace when they otherwise were at high risk of doing something extreme. The purrson who did do something extreme has the money and family support to fight it in court - we do not, and are meant to fight the system in more peaceful and productive ways. Took it very seriously when this purrson talked about the alarming path they foresaw 10 years ago and nearly ended their life over it. I saw a similarly alarming path, one of which humanity has already gone down twice. Watching a channeler has revealed to me that I was right about that path, meaning the purrson was also right about the path they saw. So, um, yeah, I actually did need to do something to try and prevent that. However, the entity speaking through the channeler went on to say that things have changed. So, thus far my plan to reach out to extraterrestrials and those who dwell within the spirit realms has worked ::3
