Unless the artist or character owner specifically wrote that the character is female in this picture (or that the character is always female with a penis) I think it should be just tagged as male, because if you can’t tell what the artist intent was it’s safer to tag what can be seen.

So this OC is a female charr (+shark), a species that has flat-chested females. But with the image giving her a horsecock, I’m not sure what the most correct and useful tag would be. I’ve initially tagged it with

So this OC is a female charr (+shark), a species that has flat-chested females. But with the image giving her a horsecock, I’m not sure what the most correct and useful tag would be. I’ve initially tagged it with
male, rule 63 because tag what you see, and I see a male version of a female OC, but I’m not satisfied with that. intersex female would probably be the most correct, but I feel it implies breasts on an anthro creature. Even nearly all of the images on e621 tagged with charr and gynomorph feature breasts. What would be best?
