oc:red shetland should cross that line from “OC” into “character tag”.
She had her own officially published comic series.
Though she technically did not originate in her own series I imagine the tag red shetland (red shetland) would be fine;
red shetland (rabbi-tom)/red shetland (jim groat) or red shetland (graphxpress) would be slightly more technically correct otherwise (The former being the handle/name of her creator, the latter being the defunct independent publishing label she originated in).
red shetland should likewise be a franchise tag that the character tag implies.
Maybe graphxpress should be a tag as well?
