He’d drink with her, letting out a pleased “hmm” at the same time. At her suggestion, he nods and follows her over, meanwhile looking at the mead semi-closely and sniffing it a bit. He pulls out a chair and sits over to one side of it. After a sip, he responds, “I come from the north, but I couldn’t tell you how far. My fur used to be a lot brighter…” He trails off, leaning back and observing his fur. He looks like a wolf you’d see in more temperate climates, based on the grey. His hands are a bit darker and end with retractable claws.

A satisfying “clink” rings out, and Auria drinks deeply. “This is a good batch! An excellent suggestion, sir. So, tell me more of yourself. Do you come from very far away? How did you learn to fight? Come, let’s sit!” She eagerly leads Ash to a nearby table.

As the rest of the days ships came in, one last transport vessel docked with the port of Evance. Among them, more individuals seeking new opportunities in the Country of Arcadia. One such individual was Alark Ver Celonias!

Auria raises her mug to Ash. “I propose a toast! To new friends,” she says with a warm smile, her heterochromic eyes twinkling in the firelight.

“If you want something light, I think there is some watered down Gin.” She says.

“Well, Sophie, our guest here, Mr. Ash - he says he isn’t much of a drinker, so perhaps something light and sweet to start, and we’ll find out what Mr. Ash has a taste for. Everyone has their drink of choice and I feel confident that we can find his.”

“Of course, M’lady!” She said with a beautiful smile. She brushed her red hair out of her face, then set a key on the counter before reaching behind for some choices of drink. She pulled down 4 different colored bottles, and a pair of mugs. “We’ve gotten some ripe choices of flavored Ale, M’lady. Would you like to try something new, or will you be satisfied with the usual?”
