Many Zootopia ones are on >>1042 and >>1043. I added some of them in different forms so that aliases could be created, those would be:

Spitfire can’t be aliased, there is a fighter plane named that and outside of the MLP fandom that would be the more popular definition.

spitfire should probably be a character tag.  
Maybe aliased or renamed to “spitfire (mlp)”, too, due to the fact that a ton of other things are called such.

Like stated the Name (Franchise) standard is universal to every character.

It is so that there’s a consistency to character tags and so there isn’t any confusion over a character’s origins and to prevent any bias over who gets a ‘plain’ tag and who gets ()s.

But wait, why the franchise name should be in the tag? How many characters named Mufasas, Nalas, Stitches or Sonics we will have? I think those are so predominate that they don’t need that (I created all the tags above myself, but they look like this because all the other existing Disney or The Lion King characters were named in this formula)
 
So for example:
 
fox mccloud from star fox  
wolf o’donnell from star fox
 
The franchise will be in the implications.

I would like to note that anyone who adds categorization to character tags should make sure to imply the series (or serises) the character is from. Yes it is more work, but it is much more useful than adding short descriptions that say “name from series” and not adding implications can lead to some confusion, missing tags, or just inconsistencies.

Welcome to the Character Tag Categorization thread! Here at Furbooru the blue coloured tags are reserved for characters from known sources such as TV Shows, Comic Books, Mangas, Animations in general, Video Games and Famous Community Made.
 
The format is Name (Source), eg. Princess Ember (MLP) or Cynder the dragon (Spyro)
 
So please, we kindly request the community’s assistance to locate every new applicable character tag so it can be properly turned into a blue character tag with appropriated description.
