Cellphone must imply phone, and probably smartphone should imply cellphone. Or alias cellphone into smartphone or vice versa, if there’s no technical differences between the two, my skill in lore (technology) is not high enough to be sure.

It was decided that distinction between various presenting tags is not needed, because it can be found with using combinations like “presenting butt” = “butt, presenting” etc. so they all got aliased into “presenting”. Over 90% of posts tagged with presenting are solo images so there should not be an huge issue with situations like when the “butt” tag is not there due to the same character that the “presenting” tag is.
