Personally I would go artist:shameless -> artist:shame.
It’s the name on his Twitter, how he refers to himself on his commission sheet, and how he signs.
That said, if nothing else please do “artist:shamelesss” as the main tag over artist:shameless, since “shamelesss” is the name he uses on FA, I’m not sure where the version with two “S” comes from.

You can’t use capital letters in urls to tags, otherwise they won’t work.
Edited the post because at first I thought the artist tag does not exist but now I see that it does exist but the link you provided is just broken because of use of capital letters in it.
By the way providing a link to their artist tag on Derpibooru might help to tell the alias direction and also to find their other alt names:

Ah, my mistake then. I just known him as Tjpones until I tried to upload a file from his twitter and a new artist name came up. I use to follow him on Tumblr when Tumblr was an okay place to follow people.

Other way around, “jtsenop” is just the account he uses for NSFW. His personal site, main twitter, and everything else use “tjpones”.
