Make sure comics are tagged with their series name. Preferably also put the page number in the description with the format “Page %d” (where %d is a positive integer).
If a comic has a cover page, would it mess anything up to label it as “Page 0”, or should we start with that as “Page 1” or “Page 01” or whatever?

Yeah, pretty much.
The site makes linking/embedding on other sites and stuff like Discord easy and convenient, as it highlights rating and artist tags, generally “just works” (some art sites don’t or block previews by rating), so generally just using furb links when it makes sense is pretty good on its own.

Fix tags when it makes sense. Link to this site when sharing images. Overall, be kind and be subtle. Nobody likes having new websites shoved down their throats.

As an average user, what are the other ways to help the mods and furbooru grow apart from Patreon and uploading images?
On a side note, wanted to say a huge thank you to your team for creating furbooru and sincerely want to see it become on the level with e621 and Derpibooru one day, as it deserves.

- Sequences, for allowing easy navigation of comic pages
If that sort of thing is maybe someday going to be a feature, is there anything special that we should do now when it comes to uploading comic pages? Just to make it easier later on, I mean.

There are two separate features in consideration:
- Sets, for collapsing large collections of alternate versions of an image (think various forms of clothes/penis/cum edits)
- Sequences, for allowing easy navigation of comic pages without having uploaders resorting to killing your browser by uploading 100000x2000px concatenated comic images

Pools or some better/easier way to organize images as public-style galleries is one of the most requested features, so it’s definitely “on the list”; unfortunately it’s also one of those things that requires futzing with data structures and UX, so is a moderately large project.

So, theres a comic thats been uploaded involving tentacles and whatnot. Thing is, uploader is anonymous, all the pages are uploaded backwards or scattered, and theres no comic tag on any of them.
So, id like to bring up an idea thats been brought up before. Pools like E621 has. It would organize the comic, then you could scroll through it at your leisure. Now yes, just searching the tag serves the same purpose, until some doofus scramble posts the comic in the wrong order.

It isn’t even close to being like Pokemon in any media. I have no idea how this 21 year misconception still lives on.
It was created to be a boy version of Tamagotchi, not even Pokemon. The fact that they have similar franchise names is the only thing they have in common.

Derpi is a fairly special case, being focused on a single fandom. “Furry fandom” is very large and diffuse, and there are a good number of well established sites already, so for furb growth will be slow and more geared towards the community itself and not so much the content.

I know little of either. AFAIK Digimon has a very log and complicated overarching story while Pokemon is more “problem of the week” type stuff while treading towards a seasonal goal.
