(depends on the nation really, teslania works with industrialization and is on the way out of the steampunk era into proper moderization, if it exists in WW1 it probably exists here.)
 
(the generally available stuff are steam trains, industrial furnaces and mechanized weavers, and all the produce they make. colonial era first factories kinda deal.)
 
(the more magic they use the closer to medieval they remain however. who needs a pistol when he has fireball finger guns.)
