Heading back down southeast, occasionally, swarming flocks of what appear to be flying roombas scramble off of tall rocks they cling unto, attempting to hunt Ev down but never matching in speed, eventually relenting on their chase… Flying low enough to avoid detection from any more UAVs patrolling up high, Eviscerator gains enough speed to soon catch sight of New Pahrump on the horizon.

Through the door, a perfect facsimile of Val steps in, greeting everyone present before addressing the Val that Imos had just been speaking to.
 
Other Val: “Benko’s been allowed time to reacquaint with his folks, it’s been a long trip after all, s-”
 
 
Val: “I know that, though you’re likely freaking almost everyone here out! Just sit beneath that nook over there and let’s merge, the bridge’ll fill in the blanks between us. Imos, Nyanta, pardon me-er, us for a moment…” The dog then sits next to his doppelganger, before the surgical nooks they’ve lain under enclose around and entomb them both.

he grins a small grin and looks to her i would be lying if i said i didn’t. when i was trapped in the Arena in the Complex i was enthralled, I reviled in the fighting.
 
Midnight says its because of primal instincts, he shrugs and the most recent fight, when i blew up the ammo i was exhilarated.

“Well…okay. They’re kinda spooky but I guess I can try. The small backpack had come off some time earlier- it remained mostly empty, aside from little trinkets he’d found, since he didn’t have much use for it due to his tailbags holding most of his useful items. Nearing the town’s defensive wall, tracerfire lights up toward and passes by Ev, arcing into a swarm of determined discs out on hunt. As they’re shot at, the discs turn vertical, unfurling legs and machineguns to return fire back to the wall ineffectively, before each getting zeroed in on and obliterated.
 
A section in the suspended transparent dome that Ev flies into parts open like a door this time, and almost immediately after landing, Val is seen nearby.

Back inside the house momentarily, Mrs. Skittertail opens a dry pantry, taking out several bagsful of vacuum-sealed jerky, along with preserved cheese, then bringing them out to place on a table on the front porch. With Benko & Skittertail Snr. seated there, and with a pitcher-full of icecold water with cut fresh strawberries thrown in, the three relax in the late-afternoon as the sky slowly grows darker, with a porchlight and zapper turned on, quietly buzzin’ over the family-trio of ratts. - ω-
 
Skittertail Snr.: “I tells you Benko, I’ve been beyond Nevada more than once, seen bigger cities out there, even went as far as south america in my wandering days, but I swear, I wouldn’t trade this place for any of it.”

We will be needing an electromagnetic pulse weapon, directed, high power. We will also need a failsafe high yield EMP device. I also advise outfitting your equipment on the outside with diamond coated reflector plating, to counter the heat beams.
