Quick question, I need to deal myself a concussion so I can forget the last few days. No I’m not joking.
 
Tried hitting my head on a wall but I can’t really forget anything. Am I doing something wrong?

not do that, and just go for a walk outside,
 
maybe read something really long that gets your attention well.

You want to get a concussion, NOT die. So, don’t try anything extreme, like concrete or putting your head In the doorway and having a friend slam the door as hard as they can.
