Exercise thread!

I suppose it depends on how loosely you’re willing to define a work out. I do try to get a daily amount of exercise, which in my case is more along the lines of setting the treadmill for an uphill slope and walking for an hour, but that’s about it really.

The answer probably lies in how broadly you define β€œworkout.” I do my best to get some form of exercise every day, but usually that only entails an hour of brisk walking on the treadmill at an incline.

Already went for a walk, but with how good I’m feeling, I think I’ll do some in-home exercise too >-< Valentine’s went incredibly well, Debby is so back baybeeee (yeah my real name is Debby for anyone who didn’t know lmao)

Lol thank you, random dude. He was using these little bar things at the dog park to do push-ups - I wouldn’t have thought to do that had I not seen him as we drove by! I haven’t been doing push-ups here at home because I haven’t wanted to take out my mat due to worries the cats will potty on it, so I’m glad I now have an alternative >_< I’ll definitely walk to that park more :3

I do isometrics, I hold weights a long time and do long slow reps. Got the arm tendons of a gymnast, despite minor tendon malformation from excessive drawing. The viens in my right inner arm look like a thunder storm, and the enlarged tendons look like extra muscles.
Most of my exercise comes from biking though. I put foam tape on my handle bars for a more stable grip, and to reduce vibrations in my wrist.

I been taking extra collagen too. The collagen tablets are rough though, so i been eating eggs.

I agree, walking should naturally be the best exercise. The human body is optimized to spend a large amount of time walking. You could even carry small weights, farmers walk if you want.
My biking tends to come from necessity. A lot of power goes into it because I’m trying to be quick, and carrying groceries. Its pretty much every day, I only buy a few things at a time, and can’t go a day without biking somewhere.
The beauty of muscle is underrated. I would recommend anyone getting exercise equipment because you get healthier even if you don’t lift heavy.
I’m interested in shins exercises because I want better mobility, but also low kicks are cool. I will make sure to walk more, and do toe lifts. Might try heel walking.
