I agree, walking should naturally be the best exercise. The human body is optimized to spend a large amount of time walking. You could even carry small weights, farmers walk if you want.
My biking tends to come from necessity. A lot of power goes into it because Iβm trying to be quick, and carrying groceries. Its pretty much every day, I only buy a few things at a time, and canβt go a day without biking somewhere.
The beauty of muscle is underrated. I would recommend anyone getting exercise equipment because you get healthier even if you donβt lift heavy.
Iβm interested in shins exercises because I want better mobility, but also low kicks are cool. I will make sure to walk more, and do toe lifts. Might try heel walking.
