Moon.
Taken literally it’s likely either they got into a fight and had to patch up at home because they’d either be arrested at the hospital for said fight, they can’t afford it, or hospitals don’t exist anymore. Car crash or another accident could result in the same.
Given the colors and style I think its more likely just some emo crap. Either way it’s not at all furry related so it really doesn’t need to be on here.

I doubt they done anything surgical, more like patching up, they’re treating their wounds but don’t look severe to cause them to perform household surgery, too risky for them to attempt because they’re unlikely experienced and odds of the procedure going wrong is high. As for context behind the image, for me personally a freak accident has injured them both.

What happened here? I’m so curious - nobody here seems hostile, and it seems like they’ve tried to bandage up, did they do impromptu surgery? Why here, not a hospital? Is it the apocalypse and everything’s shut down? They both have injuries, one much moreso than the other. Did something explode and they just bandaged up?
