The latter is their current Twitter username. The former is what “lk” stands for and can also be seen in their FA username (LKDoesArt).

The former was once their username, according to their current FA description:

“Wsache007” is the name of their old DA account. “Walter Sache/Walter William Sache” are used as signature/copyright on almost all art. “Wsache2020” is the name of their current accounts (DA, Twitter, FA) and occasionally tagged as well.
I think the tags with their name included work better as its most consistent and how they’re best known, but any of the latter 3 would work.

The artist signs their work as “CreesA”. crees-a is the name used for their Tumblr blog, creesart for their Instagram account, and creesa is the username they use on VK, which uses “Crees Art” for the page title and the single word “Crees” is depicted on their VK’s account profile picture.
