artist:f0xnr0ll (Twitter handle) -> artist:fox-pop (FA username)
Could be aliased either way, though the artist having variations of “fox-popvli” as their DA username, Pillowfort username, and current Twitter nickname makes me inclined to alias to artist:fox-pop (and/or possibly to create a new artist:fox-popvli tag). Also, the Twitter handle is just less intuitive IMO.

Name changed on DA at least twice, kangakangaroo and cocaine-leopard to “paradiso-leopard”, and on FA is “whispering-tiger”.
They did go by “cocaine-leopard” on e621 and Derpi also.
“Cocaine-leopard” might be the safe answer, since “paradiso-leopard” and “whispering-tiger” are even in sites used on, but I’m not sure.
