Try and work with support. Hopefully you can get that shiz back. I recall it being a hyooj pain in the arse when I had that trouble :/

(it is, mainly because to use the ticket system of their useless support you need an account, you know, the thing i can’t use?)
 
did dig up the direct contact of their support folks at valve, maybe that helps.

This is why I question the use of digital DRM in the first place. Nothing against you, Steam actually… But the concept of having spending your money on games and having access to them restricted to your account, only to have it hacked and lose access…
 
Yeah, that aspect is absolutely dumb. And to make it worse is just like piracy, there’s kind of a slim chance that guy who stole your shit is getting prosecuted as nobody can 100% determine a digital file is tangible property or not.

Right now my family is on the verge of going broke. For the last few months, I’ve had to expect a move to the pacific coast. This went from August, to October… To December… And so on.
 
My dad supposedly has a buyer, but instead of December 30th, it is now January 7th.
 
A U-Haul had already been rented out. But cannot be done anymore.
 
My dad cannot pull out of the contract that he was put into, he is now doing their song and dance and have no empathy to the situation.
 
We have under $300 at this stage.
 
My dad took all my money at this point.
 
We are on the verge of losing power, electricity, running water, internet, and food, especially if the contract is once again extended against my dad’s will.
 
The last two days, have been shit, and I’m on the verge of a breakdown, just barely keeping myself together.
 
I’m gonna be biting my tongue mostly, cause I bet two people here are actually happy and find this to be comeuppance. I don’t have much going for me except straight A’s in my semester… Oh fucking well.
 
Edit: To fucking add, my dad also thought that since we were moving, he quit his job, so we have no income, no health insurance, nothing, zip.

I urged my dad to get a lawyer, funds kinda saying otherwise. From what shit he vaguely tells me it basically says he can’t contact anyone else on the sale of the house without some bullshit.
