You sound like you’d play nice with Ginger- I wonder if she’s aboard,” she comments, briefly distracted by the idea before mentally returning to the present. “What led you to favor a mech?”

“The other reasons were my curiosity. I don’t enjoy using my pistol because of its advantages- I favor it because it suits me and I operate better with it. I thought maybe your mech might have something similar going on,” she sips, “or maybe I’m just trying to read too much into things…” She cocks her ears and leans forward at the table.

She retrieves a little tablet from under the table. It’s set on the table and a thin keyboard is unfolded from the back. She boredly boots it up.  
“Anything important to know? I guess in general.”

Well, i do have mild PTSD. Unrelated to work here. I have no living relatives, no current spouse or girlfriend. I am the 2IC of the 4 ADG members on board, my CO is Captain Clayton Carmine.

(second in command is easy but I don’t know what ADG is. The best I found was Airfield Defense Guard. I highly doubt she’s in an Airplane Design Group but I guess if she flies, you never know)

The other hand is preoccupied with the laptop, although one glace at Olive Riggs and it’s clear she’s engaged in the conversation, provided Kat has more to say.

_{If details are desired, which I kno they aren’t, she’ll plug a cable into her laptop, which connects to a little black rectangle. On that rectangle, Riggs will place her RFID badge for a moment before removing it. After some looptoop interaction, she’ll place her hand on the rectangle and the looptoop will quietly beep. After rereading her screen, she’ll undo the whole ordeal and put it away under the table, now intent on finishing her coffee :3}
