the hammer, along with its pointed edges, had stabby bits on its top (minus the big spike)
 
It would be useless to fight myself anyway. A fair match, no winner, no looser, neverending.

their new skin took the blow without too much damage regardless, being only a glancing strike and the spikes themselves not large enough to penetrate.

with that the flames intensify as her eyes start glowing.

she rushed in again, dragging the hammerhead near the grund before swinging up, a wave of the purple flame rushing at her now.

she used the crystal now, alongside the bane to will the other one into the air and pull off her right air, the left being the next target

she looked surprised as she went flying, then yelled out as she lost that arm.

in short order she dissipated then.
 
Worm: “i admit i am surprised now as well, and quite pleased. it is time for oyu to return home.”

soon enough she came across a passage, leading her up to another set of ruins, this one called the ravenwatch, a fortification from the first age, said to be a grave for countless adventurers, the worm would call it, a favored recruitment spot.
 
dragonshold was to the east, through a sizable overgrowth of forests, that would take time to traverse.

she much preferred swampland, easy to traverse, and she was extremely fast there. If there was any leading to dragonsreach, that was her route

dragonsreach was surrounded by those, but unless she kept an arson card on her person she’d have to walk the forest.

she could try knocking the trees over of course.

that would take longer than walking. And using the crystal was dangerous, but the crystal could be useful to train with

well she could tell by now it reacted to her will to a degree.

she decided to give a small burst of the crystals power in a beam projected ahead of herself, an attempt to blast trees out of the way

the good news, it worked, the bad news it was going out of control in a wildfire.

the wildfire would cull the overgrowth, then allow new life, and commit massive amounts of dead material to the rot

all in all a good haul for the worms, both the magical giant and the myriad normal ones.
