as the revenant engaged and Oxana had the buck distracted it was time to cut the losses and withdraw for now, they’d be back the druids had needed much of their might and stretches of land were less defended than before thanks to that. it was by no means a loss, but it was no victory.

As it stands, the wyld is fine. It is the rot that oversteps. The king, many of the rat clan, and all the while the wyld is destroyed, reduced to near nothing.

a balefire blade clashed with the halberd, kaes extra legs moving her with extreme agility

what the tortoise lacked in agility she had in strenght and endurance though, another swing, if it connects the lady of the forest would go flying.

she dodged it, barely. She had ducked under and hit the mud, coming back up right after with the help of her exyra legs
 
next came kae slamming superheated fireballs (plasma basically) into agniya, this doing real damage to her shell

with this the ancient stumbled back.

a miniature tornado of black smoke whirled around her, and she was gone.
 
Furion: “that was the last officer, their morale is broken.”

kae decided to seek out stragglers and wounded. No sense in leaving dying in misery, or living alive when the rot is involved
 
They will think again before attempting another attack. We will be ready.
