Ah yes it will take a while to get you used to my style but here is a good example
as the men throw you down you are able to trup one of them into falling onto another giving you some short time to stand up and get back into a fighting stance. Three of them draw swords

“Oh, fuck me.” _I say before pulling out my balisong. I flip It open to reveal the sharp thin blade as I ready It and myself for battle. One of the men rushes me, As I dodge him, stabbing him in the side and back deeply leaving a dark red wound quickly start to overflow with blood.

what i mean is i controll the enemies and yuou controll yourself so you said in this case that you rush the men and attempt to stab them leaving them on the defensive
your attack never the less works as you stab him in his arm and he hisses out kicking back at you

I gently fall from his kick, while the other tries to rush me. I quickly get out of the way, before he swipes. I then get up and try to stab him In the chest
