What to do with person who ruins links and behaving weird?

There’s weird person who sent me weird messages with sets of random letters from last month and I don’t know, tries to stalk me in socials? And had ruined links twice on image I submitted here and created new account to do it furbooru.org/images/180137
Is there any ways to stop it? Because it’s becoming creepy.

I believe they have some general communication issue on top of not being fluent in English. From what I’ve been able to deduce, they’re unable to view art on other sites properly and are obsessed with dragons.

For this image specifically, I believe they saw that the image on DA is a 7mb PNG and wants that uploaded here over the JPG, but is unable to do it themself.

In any case, they’re getting their accounts banned as soon as they’re noticed. Apologies for the inconvenience.
