Is uploading a image exclusive to the artist originally uploading it, or is anyone allowed to upload, like on Derpi?

Unless the artist stated somewhere that they do not wish their art to be redistributed/reposted and the art is not paid content and the artist is not on our DNP list then you can upload it here. Screencaps of commercial content like TV shows and movies are also not allowed.
