Elly’s not in cat’s right mind when having a mental breakdown and dissociating. Cat is probably going to reach out wherever cat wants to or can, in such a stressful situation. Maybe this thread just happened to be the first thread she clicked on, and it can get very difficult to click on things when you’re having a breakdown. That’s my best guess, anyway. I don’t know if the actual answer is different.
