For the purposes of this booru, Cuphead (and similar characters) are acceptable uploads, but should carry the “not furry” tag. Similar for robots (Transfomers) or other anthropomorphized objects (ala Brave Little Toaster).

Oh! While we’re discussing that, are human characters from works that are prominently about anthropomorphic animals acceptable for the “not furry” tag?
 
Like, for example, artwork of just Dr. Eggman from the Sonic series that doesn’t contain any of the animal characters.

Yes; human characters connected to furry-related content are acceptable to upload, so long as if they’re alone in the image they carry the “not furry” tag. The same applies to humanizations of furry characters and things like MLP’s Equestria Girls.
