You can play it on PC, actually, I don’t own PS4 either.
Bonus: You can use some save files to enable double jump on Crash 1 and 2 as well.

Indeed, I really love N Sane Coco, I played as her very often a bit more than Crash.
In Warped, 4th warp room, I played there entirely as Coco from beginning to boss fight, in that playthrough, Crash did not touched that warp room at all unlike the original.
It’s awesome like this.
