Casey met Lucy when she was in first grade and Lucy pulled her pants down in front of the entire school on their first day, a tradition she has kept up every year since their odd relationship began.

One would think the tiger girl who torments Casey had some sort of life-long grudge or hatred towards her but this could not be further from the truth. Despite the endless torrent of pranks, Lucy and Casey get along great.

Lucy also contrasts with Casey by being extraordinarily lucky. It seems no matter where Casey ends up, Lucy lucks out and finds herself right behind her best friend.

She’s also never lost a game of “Guess what undies Casey is wearing”.
