It’s finally done!! After over 30 hours and among everything else going on with Inktober Twist and work, I can’t believe I made it!!

This was done for a PMD giveaway on youtube hosted by Twintendo. I was planning on making a poster of PMD sometime before my next convention in any case, so this was the perfect time to get my arse in gear!

I know PMD is a very personal game to everyone who’s played it, and at first I wanted to make something that resonated with myself. But I decided in the end to go with something that would connect with everyone familiar with the games to make this drawing a little less for me and more for the community, no matter what game they prefer. I also wanted to structure it so that I could someday add in the characters of the new game coming out soon.

I remember when I first came across PMD; I was around 13 years old and going through probably the worst time of my life when I had no friends at school and no one would talk to me, among other things. At one point my cousin found a DS game on the floor somewhere with the picture ripped off and gave it to me since he had no use for it. You can probably already guess it was PMD Blue Rescue Team.
I was personally never able to beat it (DAMN YOU ARTICUNO), but nevertheless it still had a profound impact on me and was the first ever game that got me so immersed in it’s story.

About a few months ago I got back into the series again when one of my friends on a forum I frequent posted a Let’s Play of the first game and I decided to watch it to finally see the ending I was never able to get to.
Afterwards I decided to play the other two games one after the other. Both of them gave me the same feelings the first game gave me way back when, and I’m not ashamed to admit they made me cry. Like, A LOT.
The world, the characters, the story, EVERYTHING about PMD is amazing, and I can’t recommend it enough. Just, ijgsdjpihdsohndsgka!! spaz kermit
