Creative Title, I know. After posting the sketch dump yesterday, I thought I might as well start slowly posting the small pile of art I’ve been accumulated over the past couple of weeks.

This is a slight redesign of my oc Rosie Quartz, first scene here –> Fight Me!

and here, where she was the next-gen magically spawned child of Trixie Lulamoon and Maud Pie –> [Rosie Quartz]

I decided to change that and make her an original OC (donut steel plz) with OC parents. I also changed her backstory some.

Rosie did go to college and was freshmen the same time as Crayola and Spellbind and despite their rocky start, actually became good friends by their senior year….. but Rosie never graduated. As a finally “FUCK YOU” to her father, Rosie dropped out of college her senior year and joined the guard, joining around the same time as Daniel Dasher, Octavus, Orpheus Morningstar, Victor and Damion Bates, and Saanvi. She later become an arcane specialist and was highly recommended to go into the support and medical division, where she wouldn’t exactly be on the front lines, but providing support from behind to the other branches, and providing in-field medical attention if needed. It was extremely stressful but she was good at it…. as was her father, Jasper.

Some random information:
Bullet Pink Rosie was told she was adopted and about her real mother at a young age. She came to the understanding that Golden Letter left another daughter as well, and attempted to make contact with her once, but never received a response to her letter.

Bullet Pink Jasper comes from a long line of “traditional” unicorns, dating back from the dark ages, and while Rosie did not inherit the cloven hooves or curly fetlocks, she does have a long leonine tail, as well as innate ability to grow crystals, which apparently was a rare gift back in the olden times.

Bullet Pink Rosie was very close with her father growing up, and craved his approval in everything she did, pushing herself to become stronger and smarter, usually leaving caution to the wind. When she failed (which happened a lot) Jasper would chastise her for the damages caused and said that she either needs to try harder or quit all together and stick to what mares are good at, like cleaning and cooking and house work… so of course Rosie tried harder. Jasper’s close minded and unicorn elitist look on other ponies quickly rubbed off on Rosie.

Bullet Pink Rosie went to college for “Magic Studies and education” and planned on becoming a teacher. That’s where she met Spellbind and later got punched in the face from Crayola for saying racist degrading things. After hearing about the school fight, the headmistress decided that a healthy dose of Friendship was needed, and the three of them were forced to work in a project together. It was catastrophic and resulted with a building partially burnt down…… but the beginning of a beautiful friendship was born!
