From preliminary sketch to final colored drawing, estimated time of completion: 2.5 hours
Well, here we have Sonic and Rarity in their super forms. Now, I know that Rarity, technically, doesn’t have a “super form” per se, so I decided to use her “Element of Harmony” form as her super form.
I know what you’re thinking: “She can’t use her Element of Harmony necklace without the others!” Well, in fact, she CAN, because when she is with Sonic, the power of the Chaos Emeralds is enough to charge up her Element necklace so that she is able to freely use it without the Mane 6 with her!

Make sense? Probably not, but if Shadow the Hedgehog can survive falling from space and the other Sonic characters are able to BREATH in space, then this makes sense!
For the record, let me be the first to say this: If Rarity was in any of the Sonic games, she’d be, at least, 20% more useful than Tails or any other character!
Note: If you’re wondering what the circles underneath them are for, it’s simply to show their shadows. I did this just to emphasize the fact that Sonic is slightly floating in the air.
