Weapon
Helmet transforms Grus’s strong psychic powers into energy that comes out from the gloves. Most of the times the gloves are covered by the sleeves, which makes it look like the attack came directly from there. Gloves can be used without the helmet, but it’s power is reduce to 2/3 it’s normal power and is twice as difficult to execute an attack
Armor
In order to be even faster, Grus only has a light armor that protects her chest. It is covered by the green coat so it doesn’t produce any reflection.
Personality

Summoner:
Socially awkward: Elli never had a fiend her same age so it´s quite complicated for her to fit in, she has no problems dealing with (old) adults though.
Kind: She has really soft manners, and she always treats everyone in an almost motherly-like way
Dependent: As being raised by the people that worked for her parents, they never let her do ANYTHING so she didn’t get injured or something.
Modest: Doesn’t like talking about herself or her own achievements. She absolutely hates talking about “family business”
Loyal: If you earn Elli’s affection then she will always got your back
Time bomb: Keeps things (emotions specially) to herself, stressing her a little bit more every day until she either canalize it or explodes.
Rebellious: She can’t stand injustice. That has leaded her to develop a rebel vine, though she is much calmer now because of Orion’s cause of death.
Quite insecure: Specially about not being as good as her parents. She is also insecure about her height/weigh, being much taller than average girls but not as tall as her mother (184 cm)

Emphatic: Especially when we talk about Ellie’s emotions. She would rather monitor Elli’s sleep to help her with her nightmares than take some rest herself

Biography: Elli was born in the Unova region, more specifically in Nimbasa city. She was the first and only child of Lucy and Lucas Grayson. Her parents were not only famous, they were rich. Her mother, an ex-top model managed a talent agency and her father was a movie director.
Elli grew up travelling all around the region, studying whit tutors and changing from house to house every two or three months. At first she enjoyed it, until she turned six, and realized she never saw her parents, they usually forget about her, she had no friends and no place to call home. She carried on with this life for another four years, until they parents had to travel to the Johto region a month before her birthday and she decided to stay in the “main” house. Of course, Elli thought she would be attending school while her parents were of. Big mistake, she did not only keep going with the tutors system, she was also being constantly monitored, so she wouldn’t get in any troubles.
In her tenth birthday, she was alone, no friends, no siblings, and no parents. A few weeks after that Lucy and Lucas came back whit a “compensation” for their little princess. It was a baby natu that went near the shooting location. Elli immediately felt a connection with him, and after observing him looking at the sky at night she decided to name him Orion.
After that she started attending a private school for rich kids, but she was unable to make any friends. They were either unimpressed by her, or they showed too much interest in her parents. After some time she decided to stop trying making friends.
When she was fifteen she got on a rebellious stage. She started going out without permission, doing risky things and hanging around with people she met at the moment. On day, after escaping from her house, she bumped into some surfers. They had no idea who she was, and after talking a little bit they offered her to teach her how to surf. She said yes immediately. She kept doing this and after a few weeks it became a routine. She show talent for surfing and after a couple of months she was as good as everyone else. On day, one of the guys tried to convince her to make her parents give them a job in a movie. It resulted being they did know her, and they weren’t being nice just because of nothing. Elli got angry, shouted at them and run away. She was again at the begging having no friends other than Orion.
Elli kept surfing hiding from her parents. In two years she progressed a lot, to the point she was sure she could make it as a professional surfer. One day, when she was in Striation City with her parents, she decided to tell them about her future plans. They didn’t take it really well, they had a big argument and Elli ran off. She went surfing and there is where everything went wrong. After half an hour or so, Orion got really nervous, and when Elli looked to the water she saw a bunch of angry basculin swimming around her. She had no idea what to do, they where too many for Orion to fight them all, and he wasn’t big enough to carry Elli, as he was still a natu. She took the decision of staying on her board and tried to reach the coast using her arms.
That’s when one of the basculin used bite, grave her from the arm and dived. It was painful. She couldn’t breathe and as the basculin went deeper, Elli gradually stopped fighting.
One of the camera assistant that worked for her parents found her on the beach, all wet, holding a crystal against her chest as if her life depended on it. She was crying inconsolably. No one saw the woman hiding behind some trees. Elli spent the next three days crying in her room. The only thing her parents could get was that Orion was death and their daughter blamed herself.
A week after that, she received an e-mail, and her parents got a visit from a woman from the prestigious Arcanus Institutional Facility. Lucy and Lucas decided that it would be good for their daughter Eloise to travel, and start over. That’s how she ended up traveling to the Hoenn region with an apparently completely stranger.
Neither Elli’s parents nor the people from the movie would ever know that the women that showed at Elli’s house was Grus, Elli’s new guardian, and they were defiantly not going to know what happened in that strange white room…

Additional Information:
Orion refused to evolve until he and Elli were both “free”
Elli has a to-do list where she writes everything she wants to do/learn now that she doesn’t live with her parents.
Elli has a recurrent nightmare where she drowns. She usually wakes up alms hysterically just to look at Grus and slowly calm down.
You can see Elli looking at her left arm as if she has searching for something. That’s the arm where she was bitten.
The woman “hiding behind some trees” was Grus after taking Elli out of the sea as she was in a kind of shock.
Grus has the habit of looking at the sky, it doesn’t matters the time, she can spend hours doing it.
People tend to get a little bit nervous if Grus stares at them for too long.
Grus is Latin for crane (bird). It was name after a constellation.
The three of them ask the most random questions.
Lucy and Luke were absent parents who had no real time to Elli. Knowing that her daughter had lost her only friend and she blamed herself for it, they thought it would not be convenient for her to stay in a place that will bring back many memories.
