I kept the background simple as to be reminiscent of the background on the original drawing, for a bit I was going to make this a complicated full wallpaper with a totally different Boardwalk themed setting but ended up nixing that.  
IDK what’s supposed to be going on with the back of her dress, it was supposed to be a wind effect but why would it be sagging so low… I really need to learn fabrics but man they’re just beyond me for some reason.
