This is commission I did several years ago for a client. There were a couple things that were challenging about it. One I wanted to make certain that everything in this waterfront inn looked worn, used. Nothing shiny and new. Two was dealing with the radically different in size of the clients character and my sweet little Petina. Yes when she is not a pony [link] in my sleep, Petina is a 8.5” tall white mouse. Boy I imagine just the fumes in that bottle are getting her blitzed! The piece is my usual color pencil, marker, technical pen and gouache.
