I asked the writers if it was “Okay” for me to commission art of some of the scenes in that story and they gave me their okay to do so.
 
Judy goes to a magic teaching college where Nick is an instructor in “ Introductory Magickal History”. Which Judy attends. Things go from there.
 
In Chapter 9 Judy meets Skye whose sort of Nick foster sister. Skye is an illusionist, a high powered one. She and Judy have a talk and, unbeknownst to Judy, Skye gives her an illusion “decoration”. Below in the writers’ description:
 
“From just over her left eye and sweeping down her cheek and along her jaw was a glimmering crescent moon that appeared to be made from strands of spun diamond. It was the sort of semi-permanent magical effect that some mammals paid exorbitant amounts to have done, and Skye had given it to her.
 
It was also the symbol for Selena, the lunar fox and most beautiful of the pantheon.”
 
As he tends to, ews modified the scene a bit but that is okay.
