Kjatar thought he was being rewarded- he’d been a good boy for so long and was excited to finally be out of the cage, and what better reward could there be after so long than a warm mouth wrapped around his bits. But when the big moment finally arrived, suddenly- nothing. His cock was left twitching uselessly into the open air, and he felt no pleasure at all, forced to merely watch himself spurt pathetically onto the table below.
 
And before long the cage would be put back on and he’d have to wait for who knows how long before he might be given a proper release.

I was given a lot of options for what to do for the background, but when one of the mentioned backdrops was a Cafe in Italy I couldn’t resist- I’m not sure I’ve drawn something like that before and it was an interesting setting for something like this to take place. Also something warm and verdant like that just sounded really nice after 50 months of Canadian winter. :|
