Say hello to Hadwis, the spirit-kitsune. He’s an actinium elemental and that’s why he glows like that. Nothing much to say about it to.  
His powers include:  
-Radiation trails, like you see in this picture  
-The capability to go through matter, lead not included, by vibrating his atoms  
-He can use his katanas to inflinct radiation damage, but also create wider trails with them.  
-A powerful, precise radiating beam, shot using both hands
