Gauged: Jael
Simple color scheme character profile for “Gauged” webcomic / interactive story.

Some may remember Cynthia, a catgirl from Nyaeria who helped Jack Burns on his final mission as the soldier of a dead country. Most won’t. She, like some other characters, were developmental characters for later ideas. This is the Gauged version of that kind of character.

Jael is a bit of a tomboy, obviously, but more of a woman of means. She isn’t often very feminine because she never has a reason to be. Her main objective is to escape the world, which proves to be more difficult than she expected. Although not an expert with weapons, due to a curse, she excels in their use.

The most level headed of the group, Jael often finds herself restraining the others’ misled enthusiasm and outright stupidity. While not as mischievous and violent as the others, she can easily surprise her friends with sides of herself they would never have expected.
