PATIENCE used to be bullied a lot, just like Diligence; while the latter was picked on because of his lack of sociability (and thin stature), the former was teased because of their slow and calm demeanor. While they were human, Patience’s schoolmates were the competitive bunch, and they were so different from the whole troop in terms of personality, beliefs, and even fashion choices. They’re never nervous and in a rush to get things done, which sometimes makes them late for important meetings. Fortunately, the other virtues don’t seem to mind and are very accepting of their mannerisms. Patience’s also got a pretty cool power: they’re able to stop and slow down time just in case someone regrets doing something or if they need to go over something again and again. Thank their necklace. And they’re able to tolerate anything for extremely long periods, too.
