Commission for xanderh of these two amazing characters, Topaz on the left and Rha’jaar on the right. I had never drawn a snake character before, so it was definitely a fun challenge. Xanderh has also been extremely helpful by providing detailed descriptions and even photo references or armor pieces and poses, that was highly appreciated!  
This time I edited the drawing digitally more than usual (the runes on the sword and some brighter light effects), but the vast majority of what you see was still done traditionally with watercolor.
 
Overall, I had a lot of fun working on these two, and the historically accurate armor was just the cherry on top! I hope you like it. ^^
