Description
We saw a little bit ago that while out attending to a late-night work order, Jack encountered a new friend. Sam, a research scientist and lovely red kangaroo gal, was charmed by Jack’s open confidence. The two of them hit it off, and ended up heading back to Sam’s place.
This was all well and good, but what Jack didn’t expect was that Sam didn’t have any kind of vehicle. Turns out that with those big ol’ kangaroo legs of hers, Sam is perfectly happy to get around with bounding! Fortunately, opossums learn great hanging-on techniques from an early age, and Jack got to enjoy an exhilarating 20-minute ride to Sam’s place, at full hopping speed.
