“Okay, Miss Lisichka, painting is almost finished.”
“That’s a relief! Posing for a classical painting is an honor but I didn’t expect that I’ll have to do it… naked…”
“It is “Birth of Venus”. Result would be even more accurate if you moved you right arm a little…”
“No!”
“But in the original art piece…”
“I said no!!!”
“Alright. Finished!”
“Awesome! I can finally dress up. Hmm, where are my clothes, I remember that I left them right there…”
“Oh-oh…”
“Where are my clothes?!”
“There seem to be a funny story^^; Looks like you accidently put your clothes in a charity box and…”
“WHERE ARE MY CLOTHES?!!”
“In the truck, on their way to charity fund^^;”
“WHAT?!! You can’t be serious!”
“Sorry, we’ll try to… oh, students are coming already for the art class!”
“Yikes! I can’t be seen like this!”(runs through another door and looks it behind) “Phew, that was close. Now I only need to wait until they leave. Hmm, strange, where does this wind come from?” (looks around and realizes that it was exit door and she is in the street) “Ah!!!” (tries to open the door but it got stuck) “No, no, no, no, NO!!! Ugh, what do I do now? ><”
New picture of Lisichka (Lisa) from “Nu Pogodi!” reboot. It is third time I make a version of “Birth of Venus”! What can I say - classic never gets old!
Idea for this picture came from an actual series - in the latest episode Lisichka was an art model and was depicted in a furry versions of many classical paintings (such as Leonardo Da Vinci’s “Lady with an Ermine”, Edward Munch’s “The Scream”, Valentin Serov’s “Girl with Peaches” and some more) and one of them was Sandro Botticelli’s “The Birth of Venus” even though it only appeared briefly for a second.
But you can see a very serious issue with this version - she is clothed! Clothed “The Birth of Venus”!!! Outrageous! (Seriously speaking, it was expected that they wouldn’t show her naked even for a brie moment but I was still susprised that they actually included this painting in the episode)
So I had to fix and draw true version of Lisichka as Venus, wearing proper outfit! Besides it was interesting to draw her with unbraided hair.
