Alright, so you’re in a dusty ol’ shell of a building, there’s books, everywhere. Naturally you’re gonna start poking around for the skill trainer ones anddddddd ded. Ok. Not the best story, but it encompasses the Scorch Beast Librarian pretty well. They watch the books. and keep rule in their library. Why? Because they like it…deal with it or go to another wasteland book repository. It was a bit hard choosing only 4 critters to make into cards because lets be honest, up until fallout 76, the series had a lot going for it. But, 76 takes place WHERE I LIVE and while it maybe isn’t the game for everyone, people still do enjoy it. Furthermore, it is canonical, so we took the top baddie, after all. IS dragon, and dragon good.
