Here’s a bit of Maroochy in weekend chill mode! Though she wasn’t around for it, being in her mid 20s and all, Em has an appreciation for 90s-era Seattle grunge fashion. Between thrift store finds, a few strategic online purchases, and her own skill with needle and thread, she can make a pretty good stab at the style!
If Maroochy looks a little bit grumpy here, it’s not just her disaffected Gen X impression at work, though that’s also pretty on point. The shape of Tasmanian devil muzzles is naturally just a little bit frown-y, so it’s easy for their neutral expressions to come across as scowls. For some folks, it has given them an unearned reputation for not being very friendly, but devils are just like anybody else!
