Description

11th century Western Xia西夏(Minyak), Women’s Army Corps ‘Mákuí麻魁’. Western Xia was famous for their fierce female warriors. Drawing depicts the ‘Battle of haoshuichuān好水川之戰’ in 1041. In this battle, Mákuí Corps defeated the Song dynasty army from China.
